Cedarburg Festival Information 2025

Historically, the Cedarburg Art Museum (CAM), along with two other non-profits, has partnered with Festivals of Cedarburg in accepting, processing and contracting with artists who apply to be a vendor on Washington Ave during Strawberry Festival and Wine and Harvest Festival.

This system worked well when the festivals were smaller, however with the exponential growth of the festivals, it has become increasingly evident that there needs to be one main system of management for all vendors participating in the festivals.

As of October 2024, Festivals of Cedarburg staff will be the sole management body for artists/vendors/sponsors for the four festivals: Winter Festival, Strawberry Festival, Wine & Harvest Festival and Oktoberfest. CAM (CCSMA/CCC) staff will no longer handle any applications, contracts, load-in forms, placements, etc as they relate to the festivals.

CAM staff and volunteers will still be around during the festivals as volunteer vendor docents!

What does this mean for you?

  1. Applications will still become available on 1/1/25 and submitted via the website, cedarburgfestivals.org.
  2. There is still a jury committee and CAM will have representatives on this committee to help select which vendors will be accepted into the two main festivals.
  3. Notification of acceptance (or rejection) into the festivals will be at the discretion of Festivals of Cedarburg staff and decisions are final. As a reminder, past participation in the festivals does not guarantee continued acceptance into subsequent festivals.
  4. ALL correspondence related to the festivals, including acceptance/rejection and contracts will come directly from Festivals.
  5. Festivals of Cedarburg staff will be your point of contact moving forward
  6. All load-in materials/permits/hang tags will be handled by Festivals of Cedarburg.
