Capacity & Event Layout

  • Indoor Capacity: Up to 80 guests (reception-style)
  • Outdoor Capacity: Up to 200 guests

Indoor ceremonies can typically accommodate 75–80 guests, depending on layout and seating.

Our team is happy to help determine the best setup based on your event style.

Photo Access

Rental of the outdoor courtyard includes limited indoor access for restrooms and kitchen use.

Indoor photo access may be accommodated upon request, depending on availability and event schedule.

Bar & Beverage Service

All alcohol is provided and served by the Cedarburg Art Museum. You may choose from the following options:

  • Hosted Bar: You cover the cost for your guests
  • Cash Bar: Guests purchase their own drinks
  • Limited Hosted Bar: Host select beverages (such as beer and wine)

Beverage Pricing:

  • Beer: $6–$8
  • Wine: $8–$10 per glass
  • Cocktails: $9–$12
  • Non-alcoholic: $3–$5

Bar service is charged based on actual consumption and billed at the conclusion of the event.

For planning purposes, most hosted bars range from $10–$15 per guest, per hour
